Our Story

In 2019 this old man became the inspiration to it all. Tabu, the rescue kitty from a wonderful little non profit rescue. He was there for many years and when we met I fell in love. In 2020 when I came into a position to adopt my own little buddy, he came to mind and I called the rescue up. Sure enough, he was still there. This precious old man came home with me a few weeks later after the application process was complete. This was not only the birth of a perfect friendship, but ignition of an already festering dream.
Tabu is the first of my own, after an experienced history of caring for pets with others and now has paved the way for this dream to come true.
The mission for Tabu Terrace Rescue is to help animals in need find the loving homes they deserve and help minimize homeless pets. We are currently a small private rescue, with connections to prominent vet clinics. In time we plan to expand into an official non profit organization.
